The Railroad Town
Welcome to Lebanon Junction, KY — aka The Railroad Town. Established in 1895, Lebanon Junction was the hub for the L&N Railroad. These days the town has the same down home charm as it did when it all began.

Bullitt County Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Scrap collection event will be on Saturday September 28, 2024 from 8AM-Noon. The drop off will be at Kart Kountry, 315 N. Joe
We will be having a special meeting on June 12th at 4PM at the LJ Community Center. We will be discussing about the Purpose Budget Ordinances.
Lebanon Junction is located in southern Bullitt County on the southeastern edge of the Fort Knox Military compound. Interstate 65 passes through the city, with access to the downtown area from Exit 105. The Rolling Fork river forms the southwest boundary of the city and also serves as the county line, with Hardin County on the opposite side. Nelson County is to the south, across Wilson Creek. According to the United States Census Bureau, Lebanon Junction has a total area of 5.8 square miles.
